Why We Invest in Employee Well-Being?
Master Old Xia, is widely recognized as an honest and hardworking employee. In June 2019, his 70-year-old mother fell and injured herself, with three fractures. After the surgery, she was discharged and returned home for recuperation. Taking the opportunity of the Dragon Boat Festival, I went to visit the old lady at her home.
When I entered the old lady’s home, it was a low and dim earthen brick house, stuffy and humid. Two benches with wooden boards were placed against the stove, and various smells mixed together filled the room. Even someone who grew up in the countryside couldn’t breathe. And right next to it was a two-story six-room small villa, which was the new home of his son – my employee. I was extremely angry. It was said, “All virtues begin with filial piety.” Why are the employees educated by the company like this? !
After returning to the company, I learned that Old Xia’s wife had always been very unfriendly towards the two elderly people, almost to the point of physical abuse. During the month that the elderly were hospitalized, she did not care at all. The old father was already old and weak, and even taking care of himself was difficult. So the company granted leave for Old Xia to go home and take care of the hospitalized elderly. Old Xia was a simple person. To prevent the family from being in chaos, he had to be extremely tolerant towards his wife. When giving money to the elderly, he did it secretly and never openly, for otherwise, if his wife knew, not only would the family not be peaceful for a month, but she would also have to take the money back from the elderly! According to the company’s colleagues, Old Xia was outwardly optimistic, but actually he was very miserable in his heart! He just didn’t say it!
I feel very sad. My employees don’t have happy families! They not only have to endure the shame of being ungrateful and maintain the so-called “harmony” of the family, but also have to work seriously! How difficult it is!
Reflecting on the company, we not only need to instill the life principle of “Live and be grateful!” into the employees, but also convey it to the people around them, including family members and friends. Only when family and friends feel true happiness can our happiness be meaningful! Therefore, after many rounds of discussions, we have drafted some measures to promote the harmony of employees’ families, such as adding 2 days of paid annual leave for employees from other provinces of Guangdong, sending birthday greetings and cash gifts to the spouses and parents of employees, inviting employees’ family members and children to come to the company for reunion during winter and summer vacations, giving gifts to employees’ families during the New Year, promoting and encouraging couples to work in the company together, sending condolence money to the families of employees’ relatives’ deaths and weddings, conducting regular visits to employees’ families, evaluating the most beautiful happy families every year, and encouraging employees to introduce new employees and giving a 1000 yuan reward, etc.

Why We Invest in Customer Success
On December 30, 2019, during the peak season for our bag export industry, a client from Jinjiang, Fujian, called us. They said their order had suddenly increased, and the products were scheduled for export overseas. If we couldn’t deliver on time, they would face huge penalties. Moreover, they only gave us 5 days for delivery, including the three-day New Year’s holiday!
Frankly, this client wasn’t one of our best, they had already been overdue on payments for three months. At the time, our company was facing a cash crunch, and our customer service and finance departments had been complaining about this client for a long time, suggesting we use this opportunity to collect the outstanding payments. My initial instinct was the same. But reason told me that the priority was to meet the client’s needs first, and then pursue the payment. After much persuasion, everyone reluctantly agreed to my suggestion.
Subsequently, we mobilized all our resources and coordinated all personnel (from raw materials and packaging materials to production plan adjustments, determining overtime personnel during the New Year’s holiday, product inspection and quality control report issuance, logistics arrangements, sales representative follow-up, client receiving the goods, etc.). By January 2nd, when everything was ready, everyone from the general manager to the cleaning staff, participated in every aspect of production until 11 PM that night, when the last batch of goods was successfully produced. Several employees in the packaging team, despite the late winter night, were drenched in sweat! Finally, smiles appeared on everyone’s face. On January 3rd at noon, all products arrived at the client’s warehouse. At the same time, I received a call from the client’s boss for the first time: “Mr. Li, thank you very much for your efficient and proactive cooperation! We had already prepared ourselves for penalties from our overseas clients, because our demands were truly unacceptable to any supplier. When I heard that your sales representative said you personally supervised the overtime work to rush the order for us, I was very moved! Because your timely delivery didn’t delay our production, you helped us a great deal! You will be promoted to our preferred supplier! I will also use your case as an example for our supply chain department to learn from your efficiency. Thank you again!” I could tell that the clinet was genuinely grateful, and a sense of pride from being recognized and trusted by the client. we became their long-term close partner, and the payments arrive on time every month.
Through this experience, we established the ironclad rule of “responding to customer inquiries or requests with a phone call within 20 minutes and a written reply within 2 hours!” This also made us deeply understand that truly solving customers’ difficulties and pain points, and letting them genuinely feel our dedication and sincerity, is how mutual trust is built. Isn’t this the customer satisfaction we strive for? From then on, I became even more convinced that customer happiness stems from our dedicated service, and that “customer first” is the secret to our company’s sustained success!

Eric - Founder
Born in 1982 in Hunan, China.
In 2000, my father established Hunan Aimazing, where he personally mentored me in production management and manufacturing fundamentals, laying the foundation for my career.
In 2002, I moved to Guangdong Province to pursue further education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Guangdong Ocean University in 2006, and later undertook graduate studies at Guizhou University in 2007.
In 2012, I got married to Ms. Yang Lijun. In 2018, together we founded a new factory and company to expand into the global bag market, establishing AIMAZING GROUP.
In life, I maintain a strong sense of gratitude and actively participate in educational charitable initiatives.
Within AIMAZING GROUP, I focus on cost control and production design, combining efficiency with manufacturability.
I remain committed to a value-driven business philosophy, believing that customer happiness and employee happiness are the true measures of long-term success—and the lifelong motivation behind my work.
Serena - CEO
Born in 1986 in Wuhan, China.
I met Eric in 2010 and joined his family’s manufacturing business, starting my career in sales. Working directly with clients, I learned the bag industry from the ground up and gained a clear understanding of market needs and production realities.
Between 2012 and 2018, as we built our family together, I continued to grow within the company—progressing from sales to sales management, and gradually taking on broader responsibilities in team leadership, customer communication, and cross-department coordination. These years shaped my hands-on understanding of both the market and internal operations.
In 2018, Eric and I founded a new factory and company to expand into the global bag market, officially establishing AIMAZING GROUP. I now serve as CEO, focusing on strategy, quality systems, and international growth, while working closely with Eric, who leads production and cost control.
My role centers on building stable, scalable systems—ensuring that every product is not only functional and well designed, but also consistent in mass production. This approach has helped improve quality stability and significantly reduce customer issues over time.
Our work focuses on functional, customized bags, including smell-proof bags, cooler bags, Faraday/RFID bags, and cut-resistant designs—products where structure, materials, and real-world performance truly matter.
