Common Methods for Inspecting Bags

Whether you use our Pro or Basic plan,Our product inspection process is rigorous and adheres to the highest industry standards to ensure that every item meets our quality criteria before it reaches you. Here’s how we do it:

1. Overall Appearance: The bag should be well-shaped, stand upright and stably, without unevenness or tilting. The leather material should not have any obvious defects; artificial leather and synthetic leather materials should not have obvious bumps or indentations; and the main parts of textile materials should not have broken warp or weft threads, or skipped stitches.

2. Accessory Quality: Main accessories include handles, zippers, rings, and decorative parts. They should have smooth surfaces without burrs; metal plating should be bright and free of rust; and the surface coating of sprayed parts should have a uniform color without missed spraying or peeling.

3. Load-Bearing Performance: Different specifications of travel bags should be tested under specified load conditions. The straps, handles, side handles, side pull straps, and side drag handles should not break, deform, loosen, or be damaged after testing.

4. Impact Resistance: After drop tests under specified load conditions, all parts of the product should be undamaged.

5. Zipper Tensile Strength:  Zipper types mainly include injection-molded zippers, nylon zippers, and metal zippers, each with different models and different requirements for tensile strength.

6. Stitching Strength: The stitching strength of the travel bag should be no less than 196N.
